an article in the news paper really caught my attention.it was about an article about the Jakarta bombing.i was really quite shock.anyway,there is good news and bad news,the good news ism the police suspect It is some ji terrorist(mas selamat.)the bad news is,this bombing is going to effect Indonesia itself and other countries,well it is going to affect Indonesia because other business partner will not wan to come to indo to do business in Indonesia and Indonesia will also lose $$$$ in repairing the hotels.it is going to effect other countries because they will nit be able to do business with Indonesia.i relly think this ji group wiil stop terrorising countries,i mean,wat is their purpouse?

on 21 of July,my school celebrated racial Harmony day.on Evey other year we usually go to the hall to watch a concert.but because the h1n1 virus is getting worse,so we have to avoid mass gathering.so instead the teacher s film the concert and send it to our form teacher.the video started started with Mr Derrick tan and Mr aidil,they were discussing about the 4 racial wedding like Malay,Chinese ,Indian and Eurasian.my favourite wedding is the Chinese wedding because it is very unique.it has a tea ceremony and then they get money.i have a neighbour who is very caring.he is a Chinese Man who lives with hes wife and a 2 children.we gave them some cake on My sister birthday ,and guess what they gave back.a dress 4 my sister which probably cost 50 bugs and some Malacca sugar as they now my mom like to bake.Wat a generous man.so after the video their was another video.it was about two neighbour who was different in their races.but they got along like family.well that's all awesome especially the video.do u know what else is good?
we got to miss maths lesson!

Sa1oral exam

it was 2.30 went i finish my oral exam.it started at 1pm.i was in group e2.and the teacher testing me was a lady call Mrs yeo.i was quite nervous at first but when i met the teacher,it was OK. (or east i think i was.)the picture was about an art competition in the zoo.there was a couple having an elephant ride.there was two competitors for the art competition ,there was also a boy who was carrying a stick ,i think he wanted to disturb the peacock beside him.after i left the teacher.i thoughti did quite well

we went to the museum yesterday.we went there after school.at one fifteen,we set out on our journey to the museum.when we go in the museum there was not much to see.after we had settle down.a Malay lady gave us the companion.she also teaches us how to use it.when we enter the history gallery, we saw lots of artifacts and along the way there is number for us to key in in the companion .i heard lots of thing as well as see.when we go to the wayang which means movie in Malay.i saw what the movies was like back in the old days.i think we are more fortunate as our movies now come with colour.i hope Mrs azhar would bring us to the next learning journey and not some only.

healthy eating

eating healthy is about eating what is healthy like,fruits and vegetables.most people like to eat junk food like McDonald and KFC,but i think we should eat this foods once in awhile only.it is important to eat healthy as this will let us be more energetic for each day.,eating fruits and vegetable will give us fibre,protein and vitamins.for me,i lovde to eat fruits and vegetable becouse they are part of my lunch and dinner,even for breakfast i have fruits.some activities we can do is every plate of food comes with apiece of fruit.

earth hour

wat is earth hour you ask?earth hour is a time when you switch off your lights for an hour. if you want to take parth in this , you can do so by switching your lights on 21/3/09 from 8.30to9.30.i think people are organising this event to save earth.we children could also do something, dont on our tv.earth is facing many problems like global warming.so we should do our part and save the earth!

Total defence day

For Total Defence Day,I am going to defend Sentosa,because now it is one of the best place in Singapore.I really enjoy going to Sentosa and I do not want it to become a place where many people died like as in the world war two.I think it should be a place where people enjoy their weekends or their holidays.if there is war I would defend Sentosa!

Have you read the news paper a few days ago?if u had,did u come across the article called called ,"start school later and let children sleep longer?i would love to start school later,then i could sleep longer.neurologist say people who get insufficient sleep may appear to function normally, but their brains would not absorb lessons as well as those who got sufficient sleep.perhaps starting school at 9.00 am would be better,that way we would get enough sleep and the bus drivers could still ferry the workers to work and send us to school.i wounder when this would start!

my holidays

for my December holidays,i went to Indonesia Padang,it was my hometown.i went there on 27 of November and came back on 29 of December.i had so much fun!i learnt how to drive a car and ride a motorcycles.now,in Padang i got my own licence!i also went fishing with my biggest uncle and his friends.we took my uncle's boat to the middle of the sea.i caught three fish,actually 4 but the fourth 1 was very big and i could not pull it up.i only pull the fish to the surface than i let it go. i also went to a place called bukit tinggi,it is a 2 hour drive from Padang.i stayed there over night .i really enjoyed the trip and it felt so fast ,but now i have to go back to school...........

racial harmony

last Monday was racial harmony day!i was very excited as i was the game master for a game. my game was the bicycle ring!in Malay language, it is called lereng.the best thing was he had a 1 hour recess.well; for me,i had no studies at all!in the canteen, the schools provide other stalls in the canteen,like satayu,ice kacang and much more .i olso tyried other games like,the gunnie sack and the tin can walk.i really enjoyedthis racial harmony day!

on 12 July, all primary five pupils in Singapore went to see the the rehearsal of the NE show,which actually means national education show.i went to school around 2 and reach the stadium around 4.the bus drop us at the esplanade drive,then we walk to the stadium.once we got to our seats the show Begin.4 host came out and said a few words to us.the show Begin with a secondary school performing a dance and songs.then a band came in with lots of beautiful song. if I'm not wrong people parachuted from the skies leaving smokes behind.then 6 jets came out off know here.they did fantastic stunts!the best part was the fireworks.it was a beautiful scenany.i really enjoyed this ne show.

Do you know what SPICES is?no, is not the one you find in the kitchen,spices is the acronym of ,Sincerity, Passion for learning,Integrity,Courage,Excellence and Self discipline.all this words make up my school values.sincerity means being truth , polite,real and genuine.passion for learning means to do your wok properly and revise your work everyday.Integrity means being honest and truthful.courage means brave ,like you dare to stand up for Truth and to admit your mistake.excellence means being excellence in what ever you do or striving for excellence.last but not leace,self discipline means, you have discipline in your self, like training everyday for a competition.if you practise them then you will be a good person!!

for these week, my school and i are learning about netiquette. what is netiquette you ask?well netiquette are the rules of Internet courtesy.there are a few rules you should use in your email.some of the rules are,
1)do not use an informal style of writing.
2)do not use capital letters in your email.
3)know your audience.
3respect people's personalities.and the golden rule is,'display good manners and demonstrate mutal respect in cyberspace!and remembercyber courtesy always start withg you!

An earthquake is what happens when two blocks of the earth suddenly slip past one another. The surface where they slip is called the fault or fault plane. The location below the earth’s surface where the earthquake starts is called the hypocenter, and the location directly above it on the surface of the earth is called the epicenter. Sometimes an earthquake has foreshocks. These are smaller earthquakes that happen in the same place as the larger earthquake that follows. Scientists can’t tell that an earthquake is a foreshock until the larger earthquake happens. The largest, main earthquake is called the mainshock. Mainshocks always have aftershocks that follow. These are smaller earthquakes that occur afterwards in the same place as the mainshock. Depending on the size of the mainshock, aftershocks can continue for weeks, months, and even years after the mainshock!People can evacuate a building and run to an open place.if the person is in a high building he or she stand in a corner.A scientist can detect if there is an earthquake by using an instrument called seismographs.The seismograph has a base that sets firmly in the ground, and a heavy weight that hangs free. When an earthquake causes the ground to shake, the base of the seismograph shakes too, but the hanging weight does not. Instead the spring or string that it is hanging from absorbs all the movement. The difference in position between the shaking part of the seismograph and the motionless part is what is recorded.some of the countries that had experienced earthquake are,pakistan,texas,china and greece.i dont think that there will be any earthquake in singapore because singapore has no mountains.

ONLY ON WEDNESDAY THEN I EAT AT THE CANTEEN BECAUSE ONLY THAT DAY MY FAVOURITE FOOD IN STALL8 COMES.SO THEY REST OF THE WEEK I BRING MY OWN FOOD.I DON'T REALLY THINK THE FOOD IN THE CANTEEN ARE HEALTHY AS SOME OF THEM LOOK REALLY DISGUSTING, ESPECIALLY STALL 6.WHY I SAY THAT?BECAUSE WHEN YOU BUY PLAIN RICE THEY GIVE U A BLACK SAUCE WHIC LOOK VERY DISGUSTING.[BUT I DO NOT THINK EVERYONE AGRREE WITH ME.]WE CAN MAKE MORE CHAIRS AND TABLE,REPLACE THE OLD CHAIR TO NEW ONE

Hand, Foot & Mouth Disease is a diseased that (HFMD) is caused by the Coxsackie virus and Enterovirus 71. The throat and tonsils develop small ulcers while the hands, feet, and diaper area are affected by a rash with characteristic vesicles (very small blisters). This is usually a mild illness with the rash healing in 5 to 7 days. to detect weather your friend have HFMD is that they should be having fever,ausers in their mouth and rashes or blisters in their hands or feet.HFMD not only occurs under the age of 5 because our school had some cases and they are all above 5.you can prevent yourself from getting this diseased by keeping your personal hygiene clean.someone who have HFMD should stay at home .This way we will prevent HFMD from spreading.

The mining of friendship is making friends of other races and the same race.It is very important to have friends as they can help us if we are in trouble and they can keep us company.He an develop friendship by talking to the person we want to be friend with and us personal things,like what is the person's hobby, where the person lives and asking about he or she favourite sport.it is very important for Singapore to be friendly with other countries as that will make good impression that Singaporeans are friendly to other countries and do not care what race or religion the other person is.I really enjoy the national day parade as i got to use my traditional costume an i carry a flag.During recess we all got to see martial art from different type of countries.i really enjoy the . i hope to see maybe different type of hats in the next national day.

I think ,courtesy is indeed the simplest form of kindness, and both courtesy and kindness are underpinned by sincerity. Kindness comes from the heart and while courtesy acts as the form, the outward expression of kindness and to show respect to each other.the fable about the crow and pheasant because from this story shows that respecting each other is very important especially in Singapore as we have many different type of races and it is very easy that we misunderstood the others and a riot may start.I think the pupils in our class are courteous because they show respect to each other.[i think].we could be respectful to our school mates and friends.kindess and love to our family member and just being polite to others.

MY DREAM IS TO BE A PILOT. I WANT TO BE A PILOT BECAUSE I LIKE AEROPLANES.I HAVE A COLLECTION OF MODEL AEROPLANES.I BOUGHT THEM EVERY TIME I FLY WITH AEROPLANES. I HAVE MORE THAN 15 MODEL PLANES.MY DREAM IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME BECAUSE SINCE YOUNG I LIKE AEROPLANES.I WOULD NOT WANT TO LOOSE THIS DREAM BECAUSE
THERE IS NO OTHER JOB THAT INTERES ME.I AM NOT REALLY SURE ABOUT HOW TO PLAN MY DREAM YET AS I DO NOT KNOW WHAT KIND OF COURSES I SHOULD TAKE OR WHAT KIND OF SCHOOL TO GO TO YET.I THINK PEAPLE SHOULD HAVE A DREAM AS THAT WOULD HELP THEM THINK OF WHAT THEY WANT TO BE IN FUTURE.

I think Racial harmony is about when many different religions come together and learn more abaut another culture and to understand other practices..i thik differenttype of reeligions can start a riot is when thet misunderstand each other
languages.This is where it all started. "We shan't be Chinese or Malay or Indian. Everyone is the same, no races at all and there will be no more fights.this means we are all the same even if our races is different.To make people of different races be friends we should have this racial harmony day .this is where people beacom friends.in our school we should set up differeny type of food and materials so that we could learn abaut otherr things.

Reflection on class test

I hadmy first classtest a few week ago and i was not really happy about it .I only scored most in maths,science and mother tounge.I did very bad for my english.I scored 45/50 for maths,46/50 for science, 36 for mother tounge and 29/50 for english.my parents were quite happy with the test, but they said i have to read more for english anddo more practice for mother tounge.I was quite satisfied with my results and hope to do better in the coming exam.
